Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are probably going to play in the Duleep Trophy.
The selection panel lead by Ajit Agarkar wants Jasprit Bumrah to receive more time off and wants all regulars to be eligible for the Duleep Trophy.
The BCCI's top selection committee is expected to choose star-studded Duleep Trophy lineups, which likely include India skipper Rohit Sharma and captain Virat Kohli. The senior selection committee wants every player available for the Duleep Trophy, which will be played in a new format this season starting on September 5, because the Test series against Bangladesh is quickly approaching.
According to The Indian Express, the following players have been invited to participate in the Duleep Trophy: Shubman Gill, KL Rahul, Axar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Surykumar Yadav, and Kuldeep Yadav. However, due to a lengthy recovery time, star pacer Jasprit Bumrah will not be participating in the competition.
