Supreme Court notifies NTA, Center about plea for CBI probe into NEET-UG 2024 "paper leak" case.
The NTA petitioned the Supreme Court to transfer a plea that was pending before the Delhi High Court regarding an alleged paper leak. The Supreme Court also served notice on the motion.
Along with the other outstanding applications, the Supreme Court on Friday posted a notice on seven petitions that contested the way the NEET-UG 2024 exam was administered. The hearing for these petitions is scheduled for July 8. In one of the petitions, the Central Bureau of Investigation was asked to look into the claimed paper leak.
Furthermore, notice was sent by the Supreme Court on a petition for the transfer of a Delhi High Court case concerning purported document leaks that was filed by the NTA. The court ordered that the same be discussed on July 8.
