TS PECET 2024 Registration Deadline Approaching: Test Details
The registration for TS PECET 2024, the Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test, will close tomorrow, May 25, without any late fee. Scheduled from June 10 to June 13, the physical and skill tests will take place at Satavahana University, Karimnagar.
TS PECET 2024 Exam Overview
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) oversees the TS PECET 2024. Eligible candidates can submit their applications on the official website at pecet.tsche.ac.in. Initially scheduled for May 15, the last date for registration was extended. The hall tickets for TS PECET 2024 will be issued on June 5.
Registration Fees and Late Submission
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) need to pay a registration fee of Rs 500, while those from other categories must pay Rs 900. Applicants who miss the deadline can still submit their forms by May 31, 2024, albeit with a late fee of Rs 500.
About TS PECET 2024 Examination
TS PECET 2024 is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) and Diploma in Physical Education (DPEd) courses offered by universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana for the academic year 2024–25. Examination Scheme
During the physical efficiency tests, candidates, both male and female, will participate in various events, each carrying a maximum of 100 marks. The evaluation criteria are determined based on approved conversion tables.

- Putting the shot (6 Kgs)
- Long jump, high jump
Events for Female Candidates:
- 100-meter run
- 400 m run
