Maidaan, the biographical sports drama starring Ajay Devgn, is currently available for streaming on over-the-top services (OTT) as part of Amazon Prime Video's expanding Bollywood film library. The film, which debuted in April of this year, tells the story of the renowned Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who helped to define contemporary Indian football and led the national team for more than ten years.
The news was shared on social media by the streaming service on Wednesday, referring to it as the "ground maidaan breaking story of India's finest hour in football." Maidaan is available for free on mobile devices for customers of the massive streaming service in India and 240 other countries and territories. There is currently no information about versions of the film accessible in other languages; it is solely available in Hindi with English subtitles.
