Sirish Bharadwaj, the ex-husband of Ram Charan's sister Sreeja Konidela, passes away at 39
Media reports state that Sirish passed away as a result of lung damage-related health issues.
Mumbai: On Wednesday, Sirish Bharadwaj, the ex-husband of Sreeja Konidela—the daughter of megastar Chiranjeevi and the younger sister of Telugu superstar Ram Charan—passed away.
Media reports state that Sirish passed away from health issues brought on by lung injury. He was admitted to the hospital, but his health worsened, which ultimately resulted in his premature death.
Actress Sri Reddy posted the news of Sirish's passing on social media.
On her X, the actress shared an old photo of Sirish with the caption, "Rest in peace, Sirish."
When Sirish married Sreeja in a Hyderabad Arya Samaj temple in 2007, the news was widely reported. Disobeying her family's desires, Sreeja earned a CA degree and moved away from home to marry Sirish, a final-year engineering student.
Before getting married, the pair had been in love for four years.
But due to issues in their marriage, they formally separated in 2014.
Later, in 2016, Sreeja wed businessman Kalyan Dev in a lavish ceremony held in Bengaluru. The pair has a daughter as well.
