Srinagar According to sources, an Election Commission of India team will assess the state of preparation for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections on Thursday and solicit input from political parties. After arriving here this morning, the delegation headed by Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar is scheduled to meet at the Sheri Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) with leaders from political parties.
