"NEET UG: Recommendations for state responsibility."
NEET UG 2024: On July 18, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud will hear petitions pertaining to NEET UG 2024 disputes.
The NEET UG hearing was postponed by the Supreme Court to July 18 on Thursday. Since the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the Center had not yet responded, the decision was made. It was made evident by SC during the first hearing on July 8 that the NEET UG 2024 exam had been leaked. Parents and NEET applicants feel deceived by the purported anomalies, and they are now calling for more open procedures.
On June 22, the government established a committee to provide suggestions for changes to the NEET UG mechanism, enhancements to data security procedures, and the organization and operation of the National Testing Agency (NTA), which administers the exams.
