Supreme Court demands NTA's response in NEET UG Row, citing concerns over affected sanctity.

The NTA, which administers the NEET, announced last week that a four-person panel appointed by the education ministry will examine the grace marks granted to over 1,500 applicants.

Supreme Court demands NTA's response in NEET UG Row, citing concerns over affected sanctity.

In response to a petition requesting the cancellation of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-UG 2024 exam and the holding of a new test due to "paper leak" and other "malpractices," the Supreme Court requested a response from the National Testing Authority on Tuesday. "Since the sanctity has been affected, we need answers," the justices declared.

Additionally, the high court declined to postpone the counseling procedure for MBBS admissions and other courses for qualified applicants. A vacation bench consisting of Justices Vikram Nath and Ahsanuddin Amanullah heard the plea.
