Little girl in Peddapalli died after being raped by a worker in a rice mill

Pedhapelli : Later on Thursday night, in a heartbreaking occurrence, a six-year-old girl was killed in the fringes of Sultanabad mandal when a rice mill worker allegedly raped her.
The accused Balram is an Uttar Pradeshi native who works as a driver at the Maitha rice mill, according to the police. The victim's parents are employed in the Mamatha rice mill, which is nearby.
Balram allegedly raped the girl while she was sleeping with her parents, brought her to some bushes nearby, and killed her. A CCTV camera installed within the rice mill premises captured the footage of Balram carrying the girl on his shoulders.
When the parents woke up in the middle of the night and could not find the girl in the house, they looked
for the girl and found dead body in nearby bushes. Based on the complaint lodged by the parents, Sultanabad police registered the case and arrested the accused.
The couple moved to Sultanabad from Asifabad in the Mancherial area to work in a rice mill. They had two daughters. The victim is a senior citizen.
