For Rs 15 crore, Abhishek Bachchan purchases six properties in Borivali, Mumbai: report
Starring in Shoojit Sircar's upcoming movie, Abhishek Bachchan recently made a real estate investment in Mumbai's Borivali neighbourhood, purchasing six units for a total of Rs 15.21 crore.
According to paperwork obtained by Zapkey.com, actor Abhishek Bachchan paid Rs 15.42 crore for six homes in the Borivali neighborhood of Mumbai. These properties are a part of Oberoi Realty's Oberoi Sky City project. The six flats cost Rs 31,498 per square foot, with a total area of 4,894 square feet. According to a Money Control report, the selling transaction was completed in May.
The first flat was purchased for Rs 3.42 crore and has a carpet space of 1,101 square feet, according to the registration paperwork. The cost of the second and third apartments, each measuring 252 square feet, was Rs 79 lakh. The fourth and fifth flats have 1,101 square feet of carpet.
