Exam for Recruitment of Junior Instructors in Rajasthan Postponed A revised schedule will be released soon.

RSMSSB Junior Instructor Recruitment Exam 2024: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has had to reschedule the Rajasthan Junior Instructor recruitment examination. Candidates can check the changes by going to rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in, the official website. The RSMSSB Recruitment 2024 exam application procedure opened on March 13 and ended on April 11 with the application deadline.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has made several vacancies in a variety of sectors available for junior instructors. There are 348 positions available for Junior Instructor (Electrician), 243 for Junior Instructor (Fitter), and 134 for Junior Instructor (Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Technician).

The notification in Hindi states: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Staff Selection Board has decided to postpone the direct recruitment examinations scheduled for Junior Instructor (Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Technician) on June 27, Junior Instructor (Fitter) on June 29, and Junior Instructor (Electrician) on June 30, 2024. The Board's website will provide a separate publication of the examination schedule for these assessments.

According to the official notification, the applicant's age must be 21 years old on January 1, 2025, and it cannot be more than 40 years old.

This postponement comes after a number of state- and national-level exams in India were delayed, including the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research UGC-NET, and the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG. Still, the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) was cancelled.
