Businesses, banks, hospitals, and airports were badly impacted as computers abruptly stopped working or couldn't connect to networks. An interruption in Microsoft's cloud services and associated applications has been the primary cause.
The most notable effect of this worldwide IT failure has been identified as the interruption caused by the incident to travel. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella acknowledged that a CrowdStrike upgrade had an effect on the global IT networks several hours after the incident. He said that in order to fix the problem, the company was collaborating closely with CrowdStrike.
