"Arvind Kejriwal's Mega Roadshow in Amritsar: All You Need to Know!"

Arvind Kejriwal is set to conduct a large roadshow today in Amritsar, marking the beginning of his campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Punjab.

Arvind Kejriwal will kick off his campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in Punjab with a mega roadshow in Amritsar on Thursday, May 16. He will lead a roadshow in support of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal and later visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced that Kejriwal will also visit the Durgiana Mandir in Amritsar. He expressed confidence that after June 4, AAP will become the largest partner in the central government with 13 MPs from Punjab. He also mentioned the party's prospects in other states like Delhi, Gujarat, Assam, and Kurukshetra.

According to reports, Kejriwal's roadshow will commence at 6 p.m. and will be followed by a visit to the Golden Temple. Amritsar was chosen as the starting point of Kejriwal's campaign in Punjab, reflecting his desire to visit the Golden Temple on his first visit to the state after being released from Tihar jail.

Kejriwal is expected to hold multiple rallies and roadshows in Punjab alongside Bhagwant Mann in the run-up to the Lok Sabha elections.

In a joint campaign with the Congress, Kejriwal recently conducted roadshows in support of Congress candidates in Delhi. He supported Jai Prakash Agarwal from Chandni Chowk, Udit Raj from North West Delhi, and Kanhaiya Kumar from North East Delhi, as per the Delhi Congress.

In Delhi, the AAP and Congress are in a seat-sharing agreement, with the AAP contesting four seats and the Congress fielding candidates in three. However, both parties are contesting independently in Punjab while being part of the INDIA bloc, which has formed an alliance in Delhi.
