UPSC Prelims Hall Ticket Live Updates: The admission cards for the Union Public Service Commission's (UPSC) 2024 Civil Services preliminary test were made available today. Applicants who have registered and submitted their applications can download their admit card from upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in, the official websites.
UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2024 were originally set for May 26 of this year, but they were moved to June 16. The Election Commission's announcement of the dates for the April–June 2024 elections to elect the 18th Lok Sabha led to the decision to amend the exam schedule.
The commission has announced that there are 1,056 CSE and 150 IFoS positions available this year, which is fewer than the 1,105 positions from the previous year (712 in 2021 and 796 in 2020).
