Hyderabad: Due to a late license fee payment, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Thursday terminated the license of Hotel Balaji Bhavan, which is affiliated with one of Tirumala's nine large canteens, near Koustubham.
In June, a final notice was sent to the hotel management. The hotel's outstanding licence fee is currently Rs. 76,04,196. According to a TTD press release, the Task Force, which is made up of officials from the departments of Revenue, Health, and Vigilance, has taken control of the hotel after the license was revoked for the property's failure to pay the license fee on time.
