Doda meets the most recent updates: The terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), which is based in Pakistan and has its roots in the shadow group Kashmir Tigers, has claimed responsibility for the Doda encounter in Jammu and Kashmir, where four Indian Army soldiers—including a major—died from their wounds early on Tuesday.

5. There was another gunfight in the woods at around 9 o'clock at night, according to officials, when the terrorists attempted to flee after a brief exchange of gunfire but were pursued by the courageous troops under the command of an officer despite the difficult terrain and dense forest.
6. According to the officials, the incident left five soldiers badly injured, and four of them—including the officer—later passed away from their wounds.
7. Drones and helicopters have been deployed to hunt out the terrorists.
