Mancherial: On Thursday, the Mythri Yoga and Nature Cure Centre (MYNCC) marked the Tenth International Yoga Day on its grounds. The primary guest was District Principal Judge Srinivas, the guest of honor was V Raghunath Rao, the president of the BJP district.

According to Srinivas, doing yoga was essential to healing his medical issues. Unlike many other wellness methods, he claimed that only yoga concentrates on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness. He saw that yoga could assist in achieving harmony between the body, mind, and soul. He expressed his gratitude to Drs. Sukumar and Sameera of the MYNCC for sharing it.

The topic of this year's International Yoga Day was "Building a Healthy Society," to which Raghunath Rao urged the public to practice yoga for themselves and to teach it to others. Prominent dermatologist Y Suryanarayana Rao, president of the Mancherial Chamber of Commerce Association Gunda Sudhakar, president of the Indian Medical Association Dr. Ramana, and president of the Hi-Tech City Colony Welfare Association Ch Hanumanth Rao also discussed the many advantages of yoga.

Prior to this, Dr. P Sameera demonstrated asanas, pranayamas, and meditation to discuss the health advantages of yoga.
