Realme GT 6's launch in India has been hinted at and it might debut in mid-June, as per a teaser shared by a senior executive of the company. On Thursday, Realme confirmed the impending arrival of the smartphone in the Indian market, shortly after introducing the Realme GT 6T. However, the specific launch date was not disclosed, though it is expected to be next month, according to the teaser.

In a brief video clip shared on X, Realme Vice President Chase Xu suggested the potential launch date of the Realme GT 6. In the teaser for RealTALK episode 2, the company executive was observed holding a 'Realme Tech News' newspaper featuring a poster of the Realme GT 6.

In the video clip, the date "June 20" is emphasized in bold, suggesting it as the potential launch date for the upcoming flagship smartphone from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer. Additionally, the Vice President mentioned that it would be available soon in various languages.

This development follows the reported leak of the smartphone's retail box, which hinted at its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. These include features like AI Smart Removal, AI Night Vision, and AI Smart Search.

Realme GT 6 Price (Expected)

Regarding pricing, the Realme GT Neo 6 starts at CNY 2,099 (approximately Rs. 24,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 16GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 2,399 (approximately Rs. 27,000). The highest configuration, 16GB+1TB variant, carries a price tag of CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 34,000).

Realme GT 6 Specifications (Expected)

According to reports, the Realme GT 6 might be a rebranded version of the GT Neo 6 smartphone, which debuted in China on May 9. If this holds true, then similar to the Realme GT Neo 6, the smartphone could boast a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The GT Neo 6 is equipped with a 4nm octa-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, offering up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. For photography, it features a dual-camera setup at the rear, including a primary 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor, along with a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It comes with a 5,500mAh battery and supports 120W fast charging.
