The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the window to challenge the NEET UG 2024 answer key today, May 31. Candidates who took the exam can raise objections online until 11:50 pm on the official NEET website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

Students can also challenge the NEET UG 2024 recorded responses and OMR grading released along with the official answer key. To complete the process, applicants must pay a non-refundable objection fee of Rs. 200 for each answer key and question. This fee can be paid via debit card, credit card, or net banking.

How to Challenge NEET UG 2024 Answer Key

The step-by-step process to raise objections against the NEET answer key 2024:

1. Go to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/
2. Click on the link ‘apply for answer key challenge’
3. Select the test booklet code
4. Enter your application number and date of birth to log in
5. Candidates will see the questions. The number next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ is the answer key used by NTA.
6. Use any one of the options given in the next column by clicking on the box
7. Upload supporting documents by clicking on ‘choose file’
8. Save your claim and move to the next screen
9. Review the challenges and click on ‘save your claim and pay fee finally’
10. Select payment mode and pay the objection fee
11. After successful payment, download and print the challenge receipt

NEET 2024: Steps to Challenge Recorded Responses

To submit grievances against the NEET OMR sheet 2024 or responses:

1. Visit the website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/
2. Log in with your application number and date of birth
3. Select the ‘OMR challenge’ and click on the challenge link
4. Select the questions to challenge. The number next to the question under the column ‘Captured Response as per OMR Sheet’ indicates the option chosen by the candidate in the OMR answer sheets.
5. Use the options given in ‘candidate’s claim’ to challenge the response
6. Submit and move to the next screen. Your challenges will be displayed.
7. Click on ‘submit and pay fee finally’
8. Select payment mode and pay the challenge fee
9. After successful payment, download and print the challenge receipt

NTA NEET 2024: What’s Next

A panel of subject experts will review the challenges faced by candidates. If a challenge is found to be correct, the NTA NEET answer key 2024 will be revised and applied to all candidates' responses. Based on the revised final answer key, NEET UG results 2024 will be prepared and declared.
