On the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas in Ladakh, Prime Minister Modi chastised the Opposition for their criticism of the Agnipath plan.
In honor of Kargil Vijay Diwas' 25th anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Kargil War Memorial in Drass on Friday. Additionally, Modi virtually launched the Shinkun La Tunnel's first explosion, which intends to connect Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh in all weather conditions.
Speaking at the public gathering in Drass, Modi accused the opposition parties of trying to undermine the Army and launched several attacks on them for their criticism of the Agnipath program. While at the battle memorial in Drass, the prime minister also paid respects to the heroes who lost their lives in the Kargil battle.
