Jio announces a price increase of up to Rs. 600 for prepaid and postpaid plans beginning on July 3.
The most recent tariff increases by Reliance Jio impact monthly, daily, and annual plans.
Certain prepaid and postpaid daily, monthly, and annual recharge plans now have higher rates from Reliance Jio. Customers with plans that include at least 2GB of data per day are the only ones eligible for the brand's 5G unlimited data feature. The telecom provider, which is owned by Reliance, has revealed a number of new unlimited plans that will launch on July 3. The new pricing options range in price from Rs. 189 to Rs. 3,599. While the latter delivers 2.5GB per day for 365 days, the standard plan offers 2GB daily data for 28 days.
The benefits of Reliance Jio's prepaid and postpaid plans have not changed, despite price increases. According to the telecom provider, the new initiatives will take effect on July 3. The existing premium annual recharge plan of Rs. 2,999 has been revised to Rs. 3,599. The pack continues to offer 2.5GB of daily data for 365 days.
Starting next week, the current monthly recharge package, which costs Rs. 155 and includes 2GB of data each day, will cost Rs. 189. There have been revisions to five other monthly prepaid programs. The Rs. 479 two-month Jio recharge package has been updated to Rs. 579. For 56 days, it will keep giving out 1.5GB of data every day. With a total data benefit of 6GB, the reasonably priced three-month package has been increased from Rs. 395 to Rs. 479. Now available for Rs. 799, the well-liked Rs. 666 plan has an 84-day validity period.
The Rs. 15 1GB data add-on pack is now available for Rs. 19. The previous pricing of the Rs. 25 and Rs. 61 plans is now Rs. 29 and Rs. 69, correspondingly. For the current billing cycle, Jio's postpaid Rs. 299 plan with 30GB of data costs Rs. 349. With 75GB of data, the Rs. 399 package is now available for Rs. 449.
