Infosys told stock exchanges on Thursday that the Karnataka state GST authority had withdrawn its notice, one day after it had revealed that it had received Goods and Services Tax (GST) notices from state and federal authorities. The business would now have to provide a response on the subject to the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI).

The firm claimed in a stock filing that it had received a communication from the Karnataka State authorities, who withdrew the pre-show cause notice and instructed the company to provide more information to the DGGI central authority on this issue.
