Hyderabad: The locals are being inconvenienced by the impromptu and uncalled-for "special drives" that Regional Transport Authority (RTA) officers are conducting at Kundanbagh in Begumpet.

The one-way restrictions that were put in place on the Kundanbagh roads, purportedly a week ago, caught drivers off guard when they were pulled over for improper parking, wrong-side driving, and "No entry." This occurred on the road next to Kundanbagh's Chinmaya School, which has long been run independently by the neighborhood.
Locals claim that the RTA crew pulled over cars driven by security guards, trash haulers, food delivery drivers, and employees of the low-class workplaces and stores in the area.
"They turned to threats when the local MLA's office staff attempted to persuade them. Additionally, they confiscated cell phones to prevent car owners from leaving, according to local Major Shiva Kiran.
