For the past few weeks, actor Sharmin Segal from Heeramandi has been subjected to constant abuse. The actor has been charged with favoritism and nepotism. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is her niece.

Segal addressed the matter in an interview that was conducted recently. "Hum saunp dete hai apna kaam," she remarked, referring to the audience as "one of the most important parts of a creative person's journey." To express what they want to say, unka haq banta hai.
