MP Saumitra Khan of Bishnupur and former state BJP chairman Dilip Ghosh have questioned the decisions made by the state leadership.
The divisions inside the state unit have surfaced anew, with at least two well-known leaders denouncing the state leadership in recent days. This is due to the BJP's inability to repeat its victory in the 2019 Lok Sabha election in West Bengal and its subsequent loss of ground to the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
