According to a previous dietitian, Deepika Padukone is a firm believer in this sort of diet. 'She is the classic South Indian.'
Deepika Padukone, who is expecting her first kid in September, "is blessed with a nice, high metabolism" according to her.
Despite the numerous diets accessible today, Deepika Padukone maintains a sustainable one, according to her former nutritionist Shweta Shah. According to the expert, the Pathaan actor follows a 'normal South Indian' diet. "Deepika prefers a sustainable diet. She isn't into complicated diets. She's a typical South Indian. Even if I attempt to feed her broccoli pancakes or noodles, on the third day she would urge me to switch to her usual diet of rice and rasam," Shah told yoga expert Shlloka in a YouTube podcast.Padukone, who is expecting her first child in September, has "a nice, high metabolism," she claims. "So, she prefers a tiny lunch every two hours. I aim to maintain it with a 60-70 percent food diet and a 30-40% liquid diet. She is used to staying hydrated, therefore weight loss is never an issue for her. But, absolutely, there is fat loss. As a result, we solely consider the fat proportion," Shah explained, adding that Padukone has a vata-kapha prakriti according to Ayurveda.Shah praised Padukone for being "grounded" despite her famous status, saying, "She doesn't like to waste food." For example, if I suggested altering her diet from kodo millet after a week, she would answer, "Let us finish that packet and move on to the next one."
