Jagtial: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) recently released the results for junior lecturers, and a woman from Metpalli town named Janamanchi Saishilpa received the top state rank. Her English class score of 325.657 out of 450 was enough to earn her first place.

In addition to being chosen for four government posts previously, Saishilpa placed second in the state at the Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board's degree lecturer recruitment exam (Gurukulam schools).

While continuing to work as a primary teacher at Ibrahimpatnam Mandal Parishad School, she studied for exams.

She attended school in Metpalli town and completed her TTC at Korutla between 2012 and 2014. She is a resident of Kalanagar in Metpalli. Saishilpa, who earned her MA in English from Osmania University during the 2017–19 school year, was also eligible for the JRF, TS SET, and NET.


Speaking with Telangana Today, Saishilpa expressed her satisfaction at receiving the State's top position and mentioned that her family's support was the sole reason she was able to do so. She was a PhD candidate at OU and aspired to be a professor.
