From 2018 to 2024, 113 students enrolled in Maskapur Zilla Parishad Secondary School (ZPSS) met the eligibility requirements for the scholarship. The school's exceptional level of education was demonstrated by the fact that it was the top-ranked school in the state for obtaining 24 scholarships in 2021 and the top-ranked school in the district for the sixth consecutive year between 2019 and 2024.

21 of the school's pupils who performed well in the SSC were given seats at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies (RGUKT), also known as IIIT-Basar. In 2023, the school's M Siddharth and B Varshith placed first and second in the district respectively in a social studies talent test. In 2022, Thanneru Venkat Rao, an educationist from Nirmal, organized a district-level competition called "Meelo Evaru Lakshadikari," where Siddharth won Rs 1 lakh.
In 2022, Jaswanth, a student at the school, won the Mathematical Olympiad and placed first in the district. Schoolchildren excel in science fairs and the INSPIRE Manek science exhibition
