Lord Ram halted those who were haughty at 241: an allusion to the BJP by an RSS leader

BJP's conceit over its poll results is criticized by SS leader Indresh Kumar.
In the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP gained 241 seats but fell short of a majority.
'Anti-Ram' is how Kumar describes the opposition INDIA alliance.
Indresh Kumar, the head of the Rashtriya Janata Party (RSS), criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for its "arrogance" after the party's poor showing in the 2017 Lok Sabha elections.

The BJP, which secured 240 seats in the Lok Sabha elections but fell short of a majority, seems to be the target of the remark. Furthermore, it was the party's poorest performance since 2014.

"Those who did bhakti of Lord Ram gradually became arrogant," Indresh Kumar remarked on Thursday at an event in Kanota, near Jaipur. Although that celebration was deemed to be the largest, they were stopped at 241 by Lord Ram due to arrogance."

Kumar also called out the INDIA group, the opposition, calling them "anti-Ram."

He continued, saying, "And those who had no faith in Ram, they together were stopped at 234", without specifically naming the opposition group. God's justice is satisfying and real." In the Lok Sabha election, the INDIA group was able to capture 234 seats.

Days after RSS president Mohan Bhagwat taught on the value of humility in public service, the RSS leader made these remarks.
"A true sevak maintains dignity," remarked Bhagwat. He works in a dignified manner. 'I completed this work' is not an arrogance he possesses. That individual alone qualifies as a true sevak."
Bhagwat also emphasized the importance of humility and kindness for all people, highlighting the values of truthfulness and non-violence.
